Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients in Dubai and the UAE?
Yes. We work with clients across the Emirates remotely, in English, by WhatsApp, email, Instagram or Telegram.
Can you guarantee my account comes back?
No one honestly can. Access is restored by the platform. After a free pre-analysis we tell you whether your case is realistic, and decline it if it is not.
Will you ask for my password?
Never. We do not need your password or verification codes at any stage. Identity checks such as a video selfie are done by you.
Where do I report a hacked account in the UAE?
On the Ministry of Interior’s eCrime platform or in the MOI UAE app. Recovering the account itself still goes through the platform.
Is my case handled discreetly?
Yes. Cases are handled privately and nothing about your case is published.
