04 / How we work4
How we work
- No passwords, everWe never ask for your password or verification codes. Identity checks are done by you, on your own device.
- Official routes onlyEvery case runs through the platform’s own appeal, report and verification processes. We claim no insider access.
- Free pre-analysis firstWe tell you honestly whether a case is realistic. If it is not, we say so and decline it.
- Terms before workScope and price are agreed in writing before anything starts. No outcome is guaranteed — the platform decides.
Everything runs remotely — by WhatsApp, email, Instagram or Telegram — in English and eight other languages.
05 / Frequently asked questions5
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients in the UK?
Yes. We work with clients across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland remotely, in English, by WhatsApp, email, Instagram or Telegram.
Can you guarantee my account comes back?
No one honestly can. Access is restored by the platform. After a free pre-analysis we tell you whether your case is realistic, and decline it if it is not.
Will you ask for my password?
Never. We do not need your password or verification codes at any stage. Identity checks such as a video selfie are done by you.
Where do I report a hacked account in the UK?
In England, Wales and Northern Ireland to Report Fraud (it replaced Action Fraud in December 2025); in Scotland to Police Scotland on 101. Recovering the account itself still goes through the platform.
Can you remove fake accounts or scam ads using my face?
We file impersonation and intellectual-property reports through the platform’s official forms, with the evidence it asks for. Removal is the platform’s decision.
