Hacked account recovery for clients in the United Kingdom
Your email or phone was changed, two-factor authentication was switched on by the attacker, or the account is posting scams in your name. For clients across the UK — London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and beyond, we prepare and run the recovery through the platform’s own process — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, X, YouTube and Google. Free pre-analysis, never your password.

The first hour after a hack
- Secure your email firstChange the password of the email account linked to the profile and sign out of all other sessions — the attacker often controls it.
- Warn your contactsTell close contacts not to answer messages asking for money or codes; hacked accounts are used for scams within minutes.
- Keep every noticeSave the platform emails about changed email, phone or password — they often contain a link to reverse the change.
- Do not pay “recovery hackers”Anyone promising instant access for a fee is the second scam. Recovery goes through the platform.
02 / How we work4
How we work
- No passwords, everWe never ask for your password or verification codes. Identity checks are done by you, on your own device.
- Official routes onlyEvery case runs through the platform’s own appeal, report and verification processes. We claim no insider access.
- Free pre-analysis firstWe tell you honestly whether a case is realistic. If it is not, we say so and decline it.
- Terms before workScope and price are agreed in writing before anything starts. No outcome is guaranteed — the platform decides.
03 / Reporting in the United Kingdom4
Reporting in the United Kingdom
- Report Fraud (England, Wales, Northern Ireland)Replaced Action Fraud in December 2025 — report online or on 0300 123 2040.
- Police Scotland — 101In Scotland, report cybercrime and fraud to Police Scotland on 101.
- ICO — Information Commissioner’s OfficeComplain about how a company handles your personal data under UK GDPR.
- Online Safety ActWhat UK platforms must now do — and how age checks work.
A Report Fraud reference rarely restores an account by itself — the platform decides. It helps with your bank, and platforms can accept it as evidence in hacked-account and impersonation cases.
04 / Frequently asked questions4
Frequently asked questions
Can a hacked account still be recovered if the email and phone were changed?
Often yes. Platforms keep recovery routes based on the original email, identity checks such as a video selfie, and evidence of ownership. We tell you after a free pre-analysis which route is realistic for your case.
How long does recovery take?
It depends on the platform and its review queue; we do not promise a timeframe. We tell you what to expect for your case at the pre-analysis.
Do you need my password?
Never. We do not need your password or verification codes at any stage.
Should I report the hack to the authorities in the UK?
In England, Wales and Northern Ireland report fraud to Report Fraud (it replaced Action Fraud in December 2025, 0300 123 2040); in Scotland call Police Scotland on 101. The report does not restore the account by itself, but it supports your case with the platform and your bank.
