- FBI — Internet Crime Complaint CenterReport cybercrime, including account takeovers and extortion, at IC3.

04 / How we work4
How we work
- No passwords, everWe never ask for your password or verification codes. Identity checks are done by you, on your own device.
- Official routes onlyEvery case runs through the platform’s own appeal, report and verification processes. We claim no insider access.
- Free pre-analysis firstWe tell you honestly whether a case is realistic. If it is not, we say so and decline it.
- Terms before workScope and price are agreed in writing before anything starts. No outcome is guaranteed — the platform decides.

05 / Frequently asked questions5
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients in the US?
Yes. We work with clients across the United States remotely, in English, by WhatsApp, email, Instagram or Telegram.
Can you guarantee my account comes back?
No one honestly can. Access is restored by the platform. We tell you after a free pre-analysis whether your case is realistic, and decline it if it is not.
Will you ask for my password?
Never. We do not need your password or verification codes at any stage. Identity checks such as a video selfie are done by you.
Should I report a hacked account to the FBI or FTC?
For extortion, financial loss or identity theft, yes: IC3 for cybercrime, ReportFraud.ftc.gov for scams, IdentityTheft.gov if your data was used. Recovering the account itself still goes through the platform.
How discreet is the process?
Cases are handled privately. Nothing about your case is published, and testimonials are only shared with a client’s permission.
