Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients in Ukraine?
Yes. We work remotely, in Ukrainian, Russian or English, by WhatsApp, email or Telegram.
Where do I report a hacked account in Ukraine?
To the Cyber Police of Ukraine, or by calling 102. Recovering the account itself still goes through the platform.
Will you ask for my password?
Never. We do not need your password or verification codes at any stage. Identity checks such as a video selfie are done by you.
Can you guarantee my account comes back?
No one honestly can. Access is restored by the platform. After a free pre-analysis we tell you whether your case is realistic, and decline it if it is not.
