Protect your brand name and usernames across platforms
For brands and businesses whose name is taken, copied or misused on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube. We check where your name is used, help you secure the handles you still can, and file trademark and impersonation reports through each platform’s official forms when someone else holds or misuses them.
01 / What we handle5
What we handle
- Username held by someone elseTrademark-based requests where a registered mark is being used.
- Fake brand pagesAccounts posing as your brand, shop or customer service.
- Securing your handlesA checklist to claim your name on the platforms you do not use yet.
- Inactive usernamesWhat each platform’s rules allow for dormant accounts — and what they do not.
- Ongoing checksRegular searches for new copies of your brand.
03 / Official tools and sources2
Official tools and sources
- Instagram trademark reportInstagram’s form for trademark infringement, including usernames.
- Meta Brand Rights ProtectionMeta’s tool for rights holders to find and report infringing content.
A registered trademark makes username claims much stronger. Without one, platforms usually act only on clear impersonation.
04 / How we work4
How we work
- No passwords, everWe never ask for your password or verification codes. Identity checks are done by you, on your own device.
- Official routes onlyEvery case runs through the platform’s own appeal, report and verification processes. We claim no insider access.
- Free pre-analysis firstWe tell you honestly whether a case is realistic. If it is not, we say so and decline it.
- Terms before workScope and price are agreed in writing before anything starts. No outcome is guaranteed — the platform decides.
05 / Frequently asked questions4
Frequently asked questions
Can you get a username that someone else owns?
Only where the platform’s rules allow it — usually with a registered trademark that the account infringes. We tell you honestly whether your case meets that bar.
Can you buy a username for me?
No. Buying and selling usernames breaks platform rules, and we do not do it.
Do I need a registered trademark?
It is not always required for impersonation, but for username claims it makes a decisive difference.
Will you need my account login?
Never. Reports are filed by you or as your representative, without passwords.
