Can you remove a fake account that uses my photos?
We file the impersonation report through the platform’s official form with the evidence it requires. Removal is the platform’s decision; a well-prepared report is what gives it the best chance.
What about scam ads using my face?
Ads that misuse your identity can be reported to the platform as impersonation or intellectual-property abuse. We prepare and file those reports.
Is impersonation illegal in Switzerland?
Since September 2023, misusing another person’s identity to harm them is an offence under the Swiss Criminal Code (Art. 179decies), and the revised Federal Act on Data Protection gives you rights over personal data published about you.
Do you need my password?
Never. Impersonation reports are filed with your evidence, not your login.
