Short answer
Start by removing malware and suspicious browser extensions, then change your password. If you can’t log in, contact Roblox Support using the first email address added to the account or the billing email from the first payment — and do it within 30 days of the compromise. Roblox doesn’t guarantee the account can be restored to how it was, or that lost items or Robux come back. To prevent a repeat, turn on 2-step verification and save backup codes (Settings → Security). For accounts with 2-step verification, losing your main method usually means recovery needs two other verification methods.
First: clean the device

Lock it down
- Turn on 2-step verification, ideally with an authenticator app or a security key.
- Generate backup codes under Settings → Security; each works once.
- Add backups: a phone number (13+), a passkey or the backup codes. If you lose your main 2-step method, recovery typically needs two different verification methods.
